Lance F. Ortega, MBA, BSN, RN, OCN, is the Executive Director of Clinical Operations at Texas Oncology. With almost two decades of oncology and nursing expertise, he leads and oversees clinical operations for an organization that spans the entire state of Texas. This encompasses over 200 sites of service and roughly 2,000 clinical professionals, which includes advanced practice providers, dietitians, genetic counselors, nurses, medical assistants, and social workers. Mr. Ortega's dedication to bettering patient care, growing and developing clinical teams, increasing staff engagement and satisfaction, and delivering on the promise to provide excellent patient care leads him in all of his pursuits.
